    Urgent care provides no-appointment, walk-in care for injuries and illnesses that would be considered a medical emergency. For the best in urgent care and occupational health services, find the nearest St. Joseph's/Candler!
  • Who will my provider be?
    When you walk into a St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care center, you will receive services from a best in class clinician who is part of the clinical network of one of our trusted health system partners. Our providers include physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. They work as a regional team, which can include real-time consults.
  • What insurances does St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care take?
    We accept most major insurance plans and are always adding more. Please visit our “Insurance and Costs” page for a complete list of our insurances.
  • How much will my visit cost if I don’t have insurance?
    Cost will depend on the type of visit. However, We offer an affordable flat rate for all patients without insurance (no hidden fees):
    Illness Visit: $150 – $260 (all inclusive)
    Injury Visit: $180 – $260 (all inclusive)

  • Do I have to make an appointment?
    No, we are a walk-in facility. St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care is here, providing professional treatment without appointments or lengthy waiting. However, we do have a paperless check-in option if you prefer an online check-in experience.
  • Can I bring my children to St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care?
    Yes, We accept patients 3 months of age and older.
  • What is a Virtual Visit?
    Virtual Visit allows our providers to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at a distance using telecommunications technology. St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care uses innovative, professional medical-grade devices with advanced HD video. Our providers can provide care remotely that is on par with an in-person visit, including conducting basic exams, checking vital and performing urgent care testing.
